
Mr. Agrawal, a seasoned executive with global risk experience, joins BMO from Citigroup, where he served as Chief Risk Officer for Citibank, NA and Global Head of Climate Risk since 2021. He joined Citigroup in 2002, holding positions such as Chief Operating Officer of Citibank NA, Chief Risk Officer of Asia Pacificand head of corporate strategy.

Mr. Cronin first joined BMO in 1993, serving in key leadership positions within BMO Capital Markets, including Head of Trading Products, Chief Operating Officer and Chief management and group head, before being appointed chief risk officer of BMO Financial Group in 2018. Mr. Cronin was also a member of the advisory board of from Western University Ivey School of Business, as well as the board of directors of the Loran Scholars Foundation. He is the past Area Chair of the United Way Toronto & York Region Individual Giving Cabinet, as well as BMO’s own Employee Giving Campaign.
