Parades and marches have been a MUST HAVE in many cities and towns over the decades.
These enabled communities to show their support and celebrate a number of events including military service, carnivals.
The marches also celebrated national events, including the Queen’s Jubilees.
Over the years Pembrokeshire has played host to a number of these marches, ranging from formal and solemn military parades where soldiers leave to and from war and marking wars anniversaries to fun carnivals and lightweight to celebrate summer. or cities as a whole.
Here we take a look at some of the marches from across the county, including soldiers heading out to fight in WWI and possibly WWII and marching bands celebrating parades and Mardi Gras.
